Construction experience:

I started at the labor level of residential projects while rising in my career to running concrete, steel fabrication and steel erection crews successfully. My strong hands-on experience leaves me with valuable experience in structural concrete, steel fabrication, steel erection and mechanical. I have various construction disciplines relative to Architecture, Civil, Structural and Electrical as a Project Manager, Project Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman and Laborer.

 

Professional Duties: 

Planning and organizing a construction project from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are handled in a professional manner.  I am continuously on schedule and within budget which helps to develop and maintain a positive company attitude and reputation with the client and community. Keeping project teams informed with regards to progress, potential problems and need for resources while assuring the development, implementation and enforcement of safety policies and programs. Supervise various trades, subcontractors and suppliers while implementing and enforcing professionalism along with a quality project.
